Terms & Conditions
- Order Limits
- Minimum order: 2 dozen golf balls
- Maximum order: 96 dozen golf balls
- Personalisation Details
- Free single-pole, text-only personalisation included (no symbols or emojis).
- Personalisation must include at least two letters. Solitary letters or numbers are not permitted.
- Messages can be spread across up to 3 lines, with a maximum of 15 characters per line, using the standard house font only.
- The length of your message will affect the final character size: Shorter messages = larger text / Longer messages = smaller text
- Ink colour options (white golf balls): Black, Blue, Green, or Red
- Yellow and Pink golf balls will be printed in black ink only
- Order Conditions
- All golf balls must be personalised with the same message across the entire order.
- Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled or changed due to the personalised nature of the product.
- Free delivery is included to your pro shop with all qualifying orders.
- Approval & Payment
- By submitting your order, you confirm that all personalisation details are correct.
- Full payment is due upon collection from your professional in the pro shop (your professional may ask for payment before placing the order)
- Content Restrictions
- Srixon Europe reserves the right to refuse any message.
- Golf club names (unless accompanied by a personalised name).
- Football clubs, brand names, or any symbols (e.g. *, !, #).
